How to have fun at parties-Jam Session!!!-

Hi Jammers,

This is a double-post, so i won't post for a couple days unless i find something really cool to post about. If i stop doing a schedule then i'll refresh my posts by SATURDAY.

This is a friendly tutorial to have fun at my FAVE party in Jamaa, Jam Session!

10. Sit on the grass and enjoy the show!

9. When people get off-stage, ask them for an Autograph and say 'Your part of my favorite band! I love your ___ (dancing, singing, drum-playing, depends what they do on stage) ''May i please have your autograph?!''

8. Buy an instrument and pretend to play along

7. Socialize with other jammers, discuss the band, the party, the dancing etc. Compliment them on their dancing.

6. Get on-stage and dance and/or sing in front of the lights

5. Enjoy the music and click an instrument that you think fits in this part of the song, add your own notes!

4. Pretend to play an instrument and dance by it or sit by it, and only click that instrument.

3. Invite other jammers on-stage, especially the ones in the sidelines or shadows. The more jammers dancing, the better the music and effects will be.

2. Gather other Jammers and try to make a band! Bring a instrument home to your den and if you can, try to make a band. Even if you only have the same instrument, have two people playing the instruments or just have one jammers doing that. Get a singer to sing cool songs, especially Animal Jam themed ones, make up your own. Also, have two back-up dancers. This band will rock the house, no matter how many instruments. Make sure everyone has matching clothing and colors, or have the instrument players have  very, very, similar costumes and colors and have the backup dancer with another shade of those colors and the costume and the backup dancers have similar costumes and colors, maybe no costumes, just the colors. Be sure to give the band a name.

1. Get one jammer and try to make them a famous singer, take them to several Jam Sessions, have them sing at the dinner party and restaraunts as well as other jammer-held events that would do better with a band. Ask the host, and maybe he/she can pay your 'celebrity'. Make a youtube-channel or blog for him/her if you can, and then you might want to get a band for him/her, see 2.

How to have a Job in Animal Jam

Hey Jammers,

So, AJ isn't like real life, its supposed to be fun, but for some reason pretending to work IS fun for some. Anyway, there are two ways to get a job in Animal Jam.

If you want to get a job at a player-run (and sometimes have more fun) business then you do these steps:

1. Locate a business, restaurants, spas, salons, ice cream parlors, adoption centers, daycares, hotels. Those are all good places for job opportunities, many say 'Need Workers'

2. Try out the business, in other words, eat at a restaurant, get a room at a hotel. Some things, like adoption centers you can't really try out so just observe what everyone is doing and see what the place is all about and scheme how you can work and what to say in your roleplay.

3. Ask the owner if you can work there. The owner usually says yes, but you need to work out a payment too, because its much more fun. The payment can be traded for a necklace, or sent in a jam-a-gram but the most fair items for payment cost 300 gems or more, you might actually get a half-decant payment when you recycle. Also, work out when you'll get payed like 'every three hotel days' or the best times are when the customers all leave and the owner goes and gets more customers. Also work out a time off, because you don't want to work 24/7

4. Work, make sure the role-plays are detailed and be kind to all employees.

You can also work at a location in Jamaa, here is a tutorial.

1. Choose your location, be creative, you can feed the pets at claws 'n paws, treat the sick at the medical center, serve smoothies at Captain Melvilles Juice Hut, give fashion advice in Jam Mart Clothing etc.

2. Go there and begin working, you might want to say 'unlocks' when you come in.

3. Work! When everyone is gone or you 'feed' for all the pets then you can leave.

4. Have lunch. Take a little break and have lunch and maybe surf the web or something.

5. Lock up:

When your done working say 'turns out lights' or 'blows out lanterns' and then go out and say 'locks door'

6. Get your pay, your pay is playing a game for a period of time, a 'raise' is playing it even longer.

Done! Enjoy all your jobs and adventures in Aj!

Ice Cream Parlor and Turnin' The Tide

Hi Jammers,

As you might have figured, this blog isn't that great at keeping you updated on the world of Jamaa. Animal Jam Spirit, Animal Jam Sky, Animal Jam Cheats and Codes, etc. is better at that. But, nevertheless, i have some pictures of Turning The Tide for you:

(Dis Ain't Turning the tide, this is just the goofy Princess Arcticspirit pretending to be a bunny.

I just LOVE the Bottlenose Brigade, i want to join it!

Now, here is some member and nonmember ice cream parlors i've been seeing:

(You see my pet cat, Raven Spirit (Admiral Vonfox) my blind eagle (retired battle eagle) Arctic and Enchanted, the owner.

And Nonmembers versions!

Finally, i want to show you something:

Why don't you give a new jammer a tour of Jamaa, complete with legends or direct them to a few helpful AJ Blogs. Members, why don't you start a color drive at your den to give nonmembers colored items? Why don't you find scammers and report them and make sure no one gets scammed? Why don't you help bullied Jammers?

The possibilities are endless for Kindness in Jamaa. Help make Animal Jam a better place, because every deed you do COUNTS.

Have fun in Jamaa,

Den Idea: Restaurant

Hi Jammers,

A classic since the dinner party, many jammers do it, Restaurant den is always used. Just in case you've never seen it, a Restaurant is adding tables, chairs and most importantly: food to a den. You invite jammers, and many pay waiters and waitresses. You take an order, and then pretend to bring the food to a person, and some jammers get money from recycled items for it. Its a classic by far, and mostly overused. I said 'mostly' because there is a way to make it YOU and not just a dinner party knockoff. Theme it, make it a new den, add special music that isn't the dinner party ''Play Wild'' or ''Jam Session''.  Here is a how-to to make a restaurant

                                   Step 1. Choose the theme:

((That was made with Google Drive))

Step 2. Decorate:

Tables, Chairs, and your special Theme! Don't forget any tables with food feast/desert/fancy/ice cream cart and for nonmembers 'fruit bowl' and 'lemonade stand'

Step 3. Invite People

Be sure to say ''Workers Needed'' if you want people to work there, also you might want to add ''will be paid'' if you have lots of gems or unwanted items. If your member and a worker is nonmember ask their favorite color and give them a headflower or necklace that color if you member. You'll have to trade unwanted items with them.

Step 4. Work there!

Ask people if you can take their order, pay your waiters and waitresses and tell them what they need to do etc. Enjoy your restaurant!

Below are pictures of my Seasonal Restaurant:

Review:

I enjoyed it, but there were a whole lot of workers, so be sure to check back into your den often so you'll stop advertising 'workers needed'

My max amount of people? Or, rather, the people i got before i went to the den.

I hope you enjoy all your AJ adventures, members or nonmembers, restaurants or whatever :-)

Two fun things to do with your den (and how to do without)

Hi all,

So, sorry for my lack of posting. I have to admit, I'm procrastinating since my big camping post. I haven't gotten into my 'creative ideas blog writing' state of mind, and I hope that'll change. Now, I know that some of you (like me) hunts the internet for den decorating ideas or (even better) things to do with your den like themed parties or restaurants, Anytime I do a little business or have a certain event at my den, I'll try to write a review on what I did, how I decorated for it (type of den, music, furniture) if any money was made, the overall popularity and what happened there. So here are two ideas for den events and a little extra thing you will enjoy at the end. Please read through, don't skip to the extra. Everyone loves surprises, and the best ones are achieved with a bit of work. Now, lets go!

1. Jungle:

The biggest event I've ever had in my den was this very 'jungle'. The reason why? I suspect because it provides a place for roleplayers to form tribes and pretend to be wild animals (because Sarepia Forest gets old) and the rest come to check out how I decorated it. Here's a short list of things I used:
- A mushroom den w/ the Paradise Party music
- Vines on trees and lots of plants (the lusher or more tropical the better)
- The sky wallpaper and grass carpeting (it looks really nice in that particular den)
Now, this is both member and nonmember, in my opinion all den ideas are (or should be) you just need to compromise (tip for nonmembers: use tons of nonmember plants to cover up the walls and various plant or green carpets to cover up the floors. It looks great!)

So, here are the pictures, and then you can see what you'd even DO with a jungle.

Entry Room

Throne Room, for the king of the jungle and his queen.

A moss-covered resting area

Another king or queen or possibly princess could be here. Or a croc.

Territory maybe, people fought over this area, a resting spot by water with a cool totem...

You dance around saying ''Jungle my den, clans, tribes, all animals welcome!''

People rush in like mad. I never had 21 people in my den before this.

Then, when people come, you'll see the wild animals, i saw a lion sitting on a throne, a whole fox tribe made themselves up in a few minutes and there were skirmishes so i had to set borders...

I enjoyed it, watching all the people.

2: Museum

Thank you, Gringersnap on your blog 'Animal Jam Expert' for your idea on the museum, you haven't logged on in a while (i loved that blog) and, if you ever read this, thank you for the idea. It was fun to expand on. So full credit to Gringersnap, thanks ^^

Museums are super fun. So, basically you get a bunch of old looking stuff (see pictures) or something like that, and then you make up storylines for that in a 'tour'. Entry cost one item (only one person paid :I but you can make it free). You give this cool tour, (its a MUST to me to talk about Zios and Mira) and i set up a giftshop with plushies on a shelf.

Check-in (giftshop at bottom)

Portal exhibit:

Jamaasian Lore section:

''Curiousities'': (like the ongoing and FROZEN torch, a constantly glimmering window even in darkness, a blue-fire-always-going candelabrum, a mirror that answers questions though not always truthfully, and at for a mini exhibit i just put the pots on a coffee table at the bottom).

Thrones and birthstones: (I talked about the paradise throne and how it came from the ruins, the paradise queen's reign, etc. as well as the Jungle King)

Artifacts from the wolf tribe:

All of these stories are made up, but they were fun.

The people mostly left waiting for the tour and never came on the tour so i think i should try it again for a full review, but it was fun making up the stories and giving my buddy a tour.

---

Now, finally, here is the surprise extra:

                                  Live outside your den:

Its simple. Choose an land, with a building not often visited, but can be used at a home. I did Outback Imports for the pictures, but i usually do Flag Shop. You sleep on a rug or pretend to make your own bed (i did out of flags) and then you hunt, gather water, maybe make a fire and BEST PART interact with people who come. I love doing it in Sarepia the best, because so many people gather there and so many things to see. I evaded a vampire and befriended a werewolf one day, made friends with a fearful wild hyena and a dog chose to be my dog another. I take care of the injured wherever they are. Its really fun!

That's my idea, and it might not be the best surprise but its really fun.

Thank you for making it through this and enjoy all your Jamaasian Adventures!
